Samantha A Thomas, MSc, EAC

I am a strategic advisor to founders and executives examining the relational foundations beneath their leadership, influence, and institutional impact.

My work focuses on how leaders use power, define success, and shape the systems others live and work within. Rather than separating performance from principle, I partner with leaders to align strategy, voice, and decision-making with long-term responsibility.

Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with nonprofit executives, growth-stage founders, and public leaders navigating expansion, visibility, and institutional complexity. My background spans nonprofit executive leadership, global development, executive brand strategy, and systems-level inquiry into how relational ethics influence economic and cultural outcomes.

I hold a Master of Science in Global Prosperity from University College London, where my research examined love as a social ethic within economic systems. In 2023, I completed Applied Compassion Training through Stanford University School of Medicine.

I am also the founder of Just Choose Love, a leadership movement exploring how the way we relate to people, profit, power, and the planet shapes the institutions we build.

Through Congruence Coaching, I work alongside leaders who are building something that matters and want their leadership to reflect their deepest convictions.
