The Advisor Behind the Method

My work across advisory, convening, and writing centers on one premise: relational patterns shape systems.

For more than fifteen years, I have partnered with founders, executives, and public leaders navigating growth and institutional responsibility. My background spans nonprofit executive leadership, global development, executive brand strategy, and systems-level inquiry into how love operates as a social ethic within economic institutions.

I hold a Master of Science in Global Prosperity from University College London and completed Applied Compassion Training through Stanford University School of Medicine.

Congruence Coaching translates that inquiry into practice, helping leaders examine how they use power and ensure that what they build strengthens people and society over time.
